In addition to exhibit booth space, many exhibiting companies hold meetings in conjunction with CTIA Super Mobility 2015. Located in the Convention Center, meeting rooms and hospitality suites will give you a convenient, centrally located and quiet place to meet and greet potential new clients.
New for 2015, CTIA is offering turnkey meeting room packages. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are contracted for the duration of the show.
Modular Meeting Rooms are located on Level 1 and can be customized with your company's graphics to brand the outside of the room.
Meeting Room Packages:
10x10 Meeting Room Package — $5,400
Includes: Round conference table and 4 chairs, wastebasket, lockable door, carpet, 10 amp electric, power strip and wireless internet.
10x20 Meeting Room Package — $9,800
Includes: Long conference table and 8 chairs, side table, wastebaskets, lockable door, carpet, 10 amp electric, power strip and wireless internet.
20x20 Meeting Room Package — $18,600
Includes: Long conference table and 8 chairs, cafe table and 3 chairs, side table, wastebaskets, lockable door, carpet, 10 amp electric, power strip and wireless internet.
Permanent Meeting Rooms — $12,000
The permanent meeting rooms are located on Level 1 in the Sands Expo & Convention Center as well as the Venetian | Palazzo Congress Center. Rooms feature 1,200 square feet of meeting space along with standard furniture, choice of room setup, electricity and wireless internet. Rooms are secure with lockable doors and are available for the duration of the show, including Pre-Conference.

Meeting Room Hours
Hospitality suites are available for the duration of CTIA Super Mobility 2015. Suites are located on the 3rd floor of the Venetian | Palazzo. Suite exhibitors will be treated the same as show exhibitors with an allocation of exhibitor badges and full exhibitor benefits. View suite options here. Daily Meeting Rooms
Host a medium to large group of clients (up to 75 people) in our private daily meeting rooms. Rooms are 1,200 sq ft and include standard furniture, choice of room setup, electricity and wireless internet. Daily room reservations are maxed at 1 day reservations per company. Half day reservations are also available, half day reservations are maxed at 2 reservations per company. Please contact your Business Development Manager for more details and availability.
