Media Interview Rooms

CTIA is pleased to provide exhibitors with space for media interviews throughout the show. Exhibitor interview rooms will be conveniently located in the Venetian Veronese rooms. To reserve a room, please email Megan Largent.

Pre-registered Media List

Contacting the media before the show is the best way to drive coverage for your show announcements. To access the pre-registered media list of those reporters and analysts who "opted in" to receive news, you must be an exhibitor, partner or sponsor. Press Conference Room

CTIA offers a complimentary press conference room for exhibitors. This room includes theater seating, a stage, a podium and audio visual equipment. Fill out this form to schedule your press conference, and email your completed Press Conference Room Reservation forms to Megan Largent.

Submit information on news conferences, demos and other press events to the CTIA Shows PR Team at to be added to the list distributed to all media attending the event.
